DEPOSIT - Payable on booking : 50% - remainder payable 8 weeks prior to arrival - full amount payable if booking less than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Print your card number, expiry date, name and address on the back of your cheque, and make payable to: C.Prunell. Otherwise cash please.

CANCELLATION - Should you cancel, payment refundable only if new booking secured for the same dates. Should I cancel, after confirmation of booking, you will receive a full refund, and have no further claim against me.

CHILDREN & PETS ETC Supervise at all times. Keep from jumping on furniture and shrub borders. 

RESPECT PLEASE

No ball games. Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

No owner's equipment to be taken off the property. 

Gated areas are private. Bring own cot / Stair gates,  rubbers to protect beds, and beach / pet towels.

COMPLAINTS & BREAKAGES, DAMAGE - Inform me immediately and I will investigate and report back as soon as possible.

INSURANCE - It is your responsibility to ensure you are adequately covered for all eventualities.

BREACH OF CONTRACT - In the event you or a member of your party fail to adhere to these conditions, you have agreed to and accepted responsibility for, I will re-enter the property and terminate the holiday letting, without prejudice to the other rights and remedies to myself.
